Meghan Donnelly Yoga allows its clients to work on their yoga practice in their own space at their own pace. Whether you are looking for therapeutics yoga to alleviate pain or Advanced Vinyasa practices, we have classes just for you.

Meghan Donnelly has 25+ years of yoga experience specializing in helping students with back, neck, shoulder, knee, and hip pain in athletes, golfers, pre and post-surgery patients or anyone with injuries or physical or emotional pain.

Meghan began teaching in 2000 and has taught around 16,000 private and group classes and created a thriving yoga community based out of the Tulsa yoga studio she founded, Inner Peace Yoga, from 2005-2015 .

Her fun and light-hearted teaching style consists of a blend of these schools integrated with balance, meditation, pranayama (breath), mindfulness, presence, and personal revolutions. In her classes Meghan focuses on anatomical principles of alignment, injury prevention and rehabilitation and combining strength building and flexibility. Students are encouraged to listen to their body, adapt the postures to their body and play with their limits without exceeding them.
